Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all operational, financial, and land-use data you enter into FarmGrant AI. We never sell, aggregate, or share your farm operational data with any third-party agribusinesses, input suppliers, commodities brokers, or data resellers. Your farm data is used solely to generate your grant application narrative.
Federal Records Notice
Once you submit your narrative to a federal agency (NRCS, USDA Rural Development, or other USDA programs), that submission enters the federal records process. While Section 1619 of the Farm Bill protects specific spatial and operational farm data from FOIA requests, the narrative document itself may be subject to federal records disclosure rules. FarmGrant AI has no control over data once submitted to a federal agency.
